Upper Floors Rising at 1490 Southern Boulevard

Significant progress has been made at 1490 Southern Boulevard, with the completion of foundations, ground floor steel, and the commencement of block and plank erection. As of late July plank has been installed up to the third floor. This should continue through the summer and early fall, with topping out this autumn.

The development, which contains 115 units of senior housing, will be completed in early 2021.
