1490 Southern Boulevard Excavation Commences

Site work at 1490 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx has started. The development under construction will contain a combination of studio and one bedroom units, totaling 115 apartments. Monadnock Construction is erecting the building being developed by Type A Projects.
